[Bug] Workmen will run towards an oncoming delivery truck

At the start of the game, if a workman needs something that's in a delivery truck that's about to arrive, they will simply chase after the truck. As the workmen arrive first with the other trucks behind them, this will result in them running towards an oncoming truck (which doesn't harm them, but is goofy as hell).

To reproduce: Pause the game as soon as it starts, and order a whole bunch of stuff to be build. As soon as the workmen truck stops, they will run up the road towards the other truck, then get sad that it's moved by the time they get there, and head back down to deliveries.

I get somthing similar with the garbage truck. Once they have loaded the truck and it is driving off the workmen will chase it down the road.
