[Bug] On game start, ingredients and trays are purchased

As soon as you start the game, it spends $50 on ingredients and food trays, despite the fact that you don't have a canteen yet.

I'd like to think it isn't a bug at all - but actually a "preparation" package. You receive a lot of basic items from the start to get you started - food (could) be(ing) one of them. :)
