[Bug] Electric chair

If you rotate the chair you can't select it with LMB.
If you dismantle it in introduction and install by default orientation, script won't work.

Confirmed both of these.

Electric chair must be in it's default orientation or it will become unelectable after the power blackout.

Building a new electric chair doesn't trigger the script.
