Doctor to auto heal or guards assist prisoner to medbay

I think it would be helpful for doctor to go out and heal injured inmates ...or if they could go to the doctor's office by them self to get healed if there not to injured would be best.

other ideas: be able to set the partol gaurds on certain routes that with cuz least rioting and problem along that area.
also maybe add security cameras into the games...

I agree on the doctor front - it gets painful to find them, especially when they're wandering aimlessly outside. Annoying to have to click directly on prisoners, too, especially when they're moving.

With the guards, you can already do that. It's an unlockable ability. Probably should be something you get earlier, though.

I agree on the CCTV front. There are already cameras in the game, but they don't do anything as far as I can see. It'd be great if they had an AoE that reduced the chance of bad behaviour, or if they allowed guards to be alerted to an area if bad behaviour occurs.
