libcurl error on mac?

I'm on OS X 10.6.8 and was hoping I could play, now that I've pledged, but apparently I can't. The pertinent part seems to be:

Dyld Error Message:
Library not loaded: /usr/lib/libcurl.4.dylib
Referenced from: /Users/username/Downloads/Prison Architect.app/Contents/MacOS/Prison Architect
Reason: Incompatible library version: Prison Architect requires version 7.0.0 or later, but libcurl.4.dylib provides version 6.0.0

So I've got an old version of libcurl. There was no notice on the website that I needed to have greater than OS X 10.6...

I could update libcurl manually, but I don't know what else I'd break. libcurl has a lot of dependencies. It'd be nicer if it was baked into the package.

I get exactly the same problem with the same error message.

Does this mean Prison Architect is not supported on OS X 10.6?

Edit: More info on this problem here. Looks like IV are looking into it.
