[Bug] Impossible to reassign offices.

If you fire a member of staff (eg Warden) who owns an office, when they get fired it'll go from "X's Office", back to "office". However, if you then hire someone who can fill the spot of that office, it will be impossible to do so. The only way to reassign offices (at the moment) is to remove the room, and then recreate it in the same place.
