Unlocking Patrol Routes doesn't display the icon.

I've unlocked patrol routes, but there is no icon on the main bar. I've double checked, and you can reselect the research in the bureaucracy tree, but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Also,
I have a captain of the guard employed and he has an office.

Was just about to repor this ! I have completed every staff research but no icons pop up and no super security guard are available !

Noticed this as well, been attempting to figure it out for 20 minutes now, realized it's probably a bug

From a few other threads on here, it doesn't look like patrols have been fully implemented yet. Shame, 'cos it'd be sooooooooo useful
