Game Not Loading

I have Prison Architect on Steam and have since the early Alphas and never had a problem with the game until today. i start up the game and my screen goes black like its going to load in then maybe 10 seconds later it just crashes and goes back to the desktop. i can not get this game to launch. I have tried Verifying the cache through steam, uninstalling and reinstalling, deleting all my mods and still cant load in. can anyone please help me. i love this game and it ran fine a couple weeks ago and now it doesnt run at all. any help is appreciated.
