Staff Needs Issues

I'm having issues with staff fulfilling their bowels, bladder, and food needs. I have a staff canteen and toilets directly attached to the staffroom but there are many staff who walk in and do everything but fulfill those needs

At the same time, I see a few of staff using the toilets and staff canteen so I'm not sure what the issue is.

My guess is it's about 35% of the staff that fulfill those needs and 65% that don't

Have you set the Staff Room to Staff Only? usually worth doing on anything you want the staff to the use, worked for me a few times and is correct way to do it?
