Tunnel Warnings

I have played the game for a bit now and on 1 place in my prison the dogs keep finding yellow tunnel flags and i searched all cells multiple times but cant find a single tunnel.
Someone knows why this is happening??

Dismantle the toilets in the area. Searching them only has a 50% chance of uncovering the tunnel. You can reinstall them afterwards.

Yes dismantle the toilets in the area to uncover tunnels.

You could also do a Roll Call during sleep hours and look around the cells for any prisoners who are not standing up. If they are still "sleeping", try to prioritize those toilets!
