My Prisoners don't leave their supermax cells.

I need help with my supermax block. My game is modded, but i don't think this causes my problem. Here are some screen shots that may help you:

Teile deines Gefängnisses sind für Max Sec markiert, andere Teile für Supermax. Die Supermax Häftlinge dürfen aber den Max Teil nicht betreten, nur hindurch eskortiert werden. Deswegen verlassen sie die Zellen nicht von allein. Markier alles davon als Supermax und es sollte funktionieren.
