What port(s) need to be forwarded in order to have clients connect?

That doesn't make any sense. If you are hosting the game, it listens on a (or multiple) ports in order for an outside connection to come in. On every router (unless it's got upnp enabled), by default, everything incoming gets rejected unless you tell the router where to send the connection. If i can't send it to my server, then the packets get dropped when my friend(s) try to connect.

Indeed, you don't need to forward any ports. Your session is hosted via a relay server, you can compare this to a reverse proxy.
