Quality of life improvement for Death Row

Hey, im sort of new to this forum, if I missed some rule or im posting in the wrong subforum please dont go too harsh on me.

I have been playing PA since 2015 and I have always been bothered by this: https://www.reddit.com/r/prisonarchitec ... death_row/
The link is to my reddit post with a detailed table on its inner workings, but in short: Let us put prisoners on death row, please.

Its kind of bothersome that the only way to kill prisoners are making them starve (which does not usually work too well) or using a mod.
