Introversion

I clicked on something involving one of my downloaded mods, and for some reason, the script debugger keeps appearing every few seconds, and no matter how many times I close it won't go away. I've deactivated the mod, reloaded my prison, and restarted the game, but it still pops up. Any ideas on how to fix?
