Mods Menu, no UI bug.

Whenever I open Prison Architect and go to the mods folder, its just blank. Theres no UI. Its just a white page, even if I've subscribed to a mod.
Heres my steam profile, I took a screenshot. I reinstalled PA, didn't work, re-installed Steam, didn't work, verify integrity, didn't work. Not sure what to do. Iv unsubscribed to all my mods just incase it was affecting it but with or without mods it doesn't work, and I'm not getting any help from the steam forums.
