Weird bug

I quickbuilt some cells and they were never built but are still highlighted as green. I could make them high priority but couldn't cancel them. They are not listed in my "jobs" tab. The toilets, doors, and beds were built but I have to manually build walls and a foundation. After doing this the highlighted part will not go away.http://imgur.com/a/13Wpy
