XB1 preview program. How do I know if I have AD&N DLC

Postby SirGreenDay » Tue Aug 09, 2016 2:25 am

I bought the game through the XB1 preview program day #1.

We're supposed to get the ALL DAY & A NIGHT DLC for free.

How do I know if I got it?

Hey there, Double 11 are doing the console versions of Prison Architect, and are handling all of the support for them. You should check out there forums for help with the DLC, but a quick search comes up with this thread:

Hi @Michael250698,

Do you have it in Game Preview? If so, assuming your Double ID is linked, the DLC content was added in on friday. You don't get a notification but if you go to start a new game you'll notice new wardens, prisons and plots for you to select from!

Hope this helps,

Nat D11

and a little bit later provides this link for DLC help.

Hope that helps!

Wow.

You could've answered my question instead of steering me to a link.

Would that have killed you?

Obviously, you know the answer.

Your response or total blow off, says a lot about your company.

Seriously? elDiablo Googled the issue for you, gave you information on who is actually in charge of the XBox version of the game, copied a relevant portion of a thread from another support forum (which you could have found yourself, had you bothered trying), and pointed you in the direction of another relevant webpage. He clearly did not know the answer before he searched it out for himself---but he did the work for you, found an answer, and most certainly did *not* blow you off. The appropriate response to elDiablo's post is "Thank you."
