Help! Overflow!

I was enjoying Prison Architecht one day, when I decided to begin to intake some prisonsers, about 200 I think; to fill me prisons capacity. I ordered them, then when the deadline came I realised my road was full, and they didnt come, so now the prison trucks just infinitely keep coming and it is filling up my prison. All of the prison buses keep on coming, I am currently at 490 when i should be at 350. Is there a fix for this? Thankyou in advance!
