Random Governor Inspections- High risk prisoners will automatically target him, If you pass the inspection you get a pass reward of $5000-$7500 if you fail you get fined the same quantity previously stated and you continue to be fined until the major problems in your prison are sorted out. If the governor is killed you get a failure condition warning of governor killed or something among those lines and you have to either use your legal aid to escape this fate, Enclose the prisoner responsible in permanent solitary,FOREVER, or you can pay a large fine of $50,000.

Mass Escapes/ Largely organised escapes: These involve armed thugs breaking in to your prison and either killing escaping prisoners in a mission to save one and only one, or thugs that allow any prisoner to escape but their main target being the original prisoner. These will not be common and will in no way replace ordinary escapes but they will require an attentive design. Once the thugs have entered the map the mayor will call you and he will dispatch the national guard within the next 2 hours, it is then a case of restoring order. The armed thugs will surrender if promoted enough and they will then be taken off the map by a new character who takes them off the map in a new auto-mobile E.G Police Van/car
