Writing it in all caps (i.e. shouting) doesn't make you any more clear. What security question? To sign up for what? Have you tried emailing IV via the support page? What are the exact steps that you have taken thus far? I understand that you are upset, but taking it out on the denizens of the forum---who do not work for or represent IV in any way---is unlikely to be productive.
