Announcements in steam forum

Hi,
Most of players dont know that exist a couple of wikis about the game, I think that there should be a sticky thread in the steam forum with he links.

I also see that people are having problems due to not having installed vc++ 2015. I think that should go in the forums too, since you dont include the runtimes in the game.
