[Suggestion] Opacity and clickthrough behaviour

It would be nice if we could change the opacity of certain sections of the gamescreen; such as the clock, the CI list, the objectives list and so forth and, with changing the opacity, also change the clickthrough behaviour of said segments. When clicking on Activate on a CI, often times I find myself also clicking on whatever it was that was behind that specific area of the CI list. A guard, a prisoner, an object, etc, etc.

Just a thought.
