Lost my visitor booths ?

Good morning from the netherlands,

I have started a new prison yesterday with update 4, i have finaly more money so i was thinking of upgrading my visitor room to a visitor booth, to control my contraban. but i cant find it any where any more ?? do you guys have the same problem or is it someting from my side ?
