I forgot my user name and my pw for update

very belonged ladies and gentlemen , I have a problem and although I have forgotten my username and my pw . I have left is my produckt key which I can provide them happy . I want my play : prison architeckt update , but do I need a user name and a pw which I do not have now , as already described . I hope they can help me . Yours sincerely Björn Eul
