ANNOYING - Deployment subtracting

I dont know if its an oversight or it works as intended but this is annoying as hell. Its deployment subtracting using the deployment scheduler. Lets say you deploy one guard, but not in a group. Then, in another hour you put one group and right click on the guard taht is not in a group, it will be removed from that group but here is the thing... You cant keep track of them! You dont know if you removed someone from the group becuase its not indicated in any part, it only indicates when you add.

To further make this worse, it seems that the first time you subtract messes that group forever. If, lets say, you have 0 deployed guards in group 1, then add a guard not in a group, that guard wont be added to group 1, making that if you add guards after you right clicked in that group, you will have to edit that group each time you want to have a permanent guard through all the groups. of course, the same goes for the rest of groups... You will have to add that guard to every group even though it is designed in "not in a group".

I dont know if i explained myself correctly, its a bit tricky, and definitely annoying.

In short, you shouldnt be able to subtract guards in groups and guards deployed not in a group should persist through all groups.

BTW it would be very helpful if you could choose to deploy guards by regime time, instead by hours, something similar to door timers.
