Training classes

I've played PA for a while now, I've basically have got everything except for prisoners passing the Capentry and Education classes.

Can someone give me a hint on how to achieve these..Thanks

First, make sure your inmates' needs are satisfied; if they aren't, their concentration will be worse. Additionally, if suppressed, they will do worse in their program.

heheh My latest prison has a 99% suppresion rate... does this mean I need to reduce the number of guards and towers ?

At least keep your armed guards in the armoury unless they're patrolling key points very important areas. I'd recommend limiting the number of active armed guards and snipers.

not reducing, getting rid of them. dont put a single sniper or armed guard where prisoners are supposed to be, unless you want them to not to do reform programs.

a trick for increase punishment rate would be to put armed guards in the sites they are before going to sleep, this way they would be only suppressed while they sleep. for example, if they have 2 hours of eat before going to sleep, armed guards would be perfect in the canteen at those hours.

So at the beginning I had 99% of my prisoners suppressed... I've removed nearly all the armed guard patrols and removed one of the towers that was smack in the middle of the prison overlooking the yard. The suppression is down to about 30% and I can see some prisoners in my classes...Thanks
