Mismatch of Item to Icon

So, when i boot up the game a supply truck arrives, a LARGE table appears.
The Electical Substation shows up as a Prayer Mat.
Toilets are now Lawyers or Visitation Booths or Tomb Stones.
Staff doors are now Keys.
So many items are labeled correctly but come up as different pictures!

Any ideas?
