Youtube series of someone that knows what he is doing?

This may seems stupid... But Im in page 10 of youtube, looking for a more or less recent (1 year) series that someone that knows what he is doing, and very video I watched was about someone not having any idea, randomly putting buildings, or even using the planning tool... To plan things with either mistakes or serious mistakes...

So... Anyone knows any series like that?

I'd recommend OfficialStuffPlus, he has been actively posting videos, and although he doesn't always have the best aesthetic sense, he definitely knows how to play.

I've tried looking for videos too and from what I've seen so far; I know the game better than anyone posting video series about it. I just have no interest in filming it myself.

I think part of it is how long it can take to make a really good prison. Some of mine have taken 40 to 50 hours to complete and than I get a better idea, sell it all and start over. (with extra money)

I can't imagine anyone would want to watch me agonizing over pixel placement for 100 hours making my next mega prison.
