Kitchen/Canteen 2 Questions?

Postby kevswild » Sat Nov 21, 2015 2:00 pm

So everything I read pretty much says 2 cookers to one fridge apart from the googledoc https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... =795952738

Which is telling me I need more fridges than cookers, Even on a low variety setting, Which is right?

Second question is on size how many kitchens/canteens do you have per 100 prisoners? Do you say 100 or 200 per each or do you build huge kitchens and canteens that can take bigger numbers

It would depend on the makeup of your prisoner population; if there are snitches, ex-cops etc, you will want an extra canteen made for them specifically. The other option is to make them eat at other times.

For your first question, I have a lot less fridges than cookers, and on both low/low and high/high, I didn't seem to be missing food.

As for your 2nd question, it depends on your setup. For instance, I have a single canteen that can be used by all my 500-600 low-sec prisoners, as it is located right in the middle of their cell-block, and can easily be accessed. The number of canteen should depends on the maximum distance that a prisoner can be from your canteens, and if you want different security levels to have their own canteen.

Second question:

I would re coment making 4 medium sized canteens, one for each grade of prisoner (low medium high and protective custody) make sure to keep them guarded aswell.
