[IDEA] Assign

Hello!

Today I was playing Prison Architect and thought how useful it would be if you could assign Janitors, doctors and gardeners.
It would be like the logistics tab.

I would rather have cooks or doctors assigned to a room than janitors or gardeners. I am glad not to have to take care of it.

Cooks may make sense, but I don't know if I really need that. They split up as needed - I think that's ok so far. 8)
