Question on V1.0 release date

As the developers are not American, I'm genuinely curious as to if they really thought about their release date this much. In America, on Tuesday, we have an event called National Night Out as an awareness raiser for crime. I think this is amusing but it would be more so if lV intended this.

As an American, *I* had no idea that there was such a thing as "National Night Out"...

According to Wikipedia, National Night Out is "held the first Tuesday of August" and only "Texas and Florida have the option to use the alternate date of the first Tuesday in October to avoid hot weather". And according to some PD and news websites I quickly googled, only Texas uses this option in 2015, while Florida had their National Night Out in August this year. So I seriously doubt that there is any connection.

American - I've never heard of this. Where I live 'community watch' is not a very relevant/modern organization.

Yeah, since it's only in Texas, I doubted it to be anything more than coincidence. It was still interesting to think about.
