Build him a good quality cell with his own yard and seperate him from everyone else. Most likely you dont have minimum security prisoners. Give him the min sec title and seperate his shcedule from everyone else. Freetime when the others eat and food when the others has freetime.

Agreed. Seperate him from the rest or lock him in solitary for the rest of his miserable, virtual existence

by flipping out and killing 2 prisoners he earned himself a spot in my early release block......

Not the solution you're looking for but when I have a very unruly inmate like that who just simply never quits (one who might have ~100 years on his sentence and kills everyone), I put an armed guard near his cell and wait for him to kick off... then go 'weapons free' and.. well you know the rest. RIP.

I've got one of these legendary ex-cops acquired as an informant. He's also in a gang and has 100% coverage. So now he's just sitting in Security all day long and tells me the contraband's locations. In the evening I send him back to SuperMax and let him explain to his ~ 20 deadly and volatile mates what he's done with the guards the whole day... His suspicion level is at 100% but nobody dares to attack him. Occasionally he flips out while in his cell or in the canteen but that's easily worth it:


The poor guy surely feels miserable. Wonder if informants can get gang leaders...

I am in awe of Stephen Turner. That is the worst possible combination of traits I can imagine. He's going to go nuts all the time, he'll set off everyone around him when he does, he can kill with a touch, his whole gang goes crazy if he is harmed or punished, plus he is marked for death so every tough guy is going to attack him on sight.
If you can control him, you can handle anything the game can possibly throw at you (well, actually he is everything the game can throw at you all bundled up in 1 inmate)
