Kitchens in the same building as a canteen do not function.

It's a bug I've been having forever but now that I can see the "kitchen cannot access any canteens" warning I can consistently reproduce it. I can't make a kitchen in the same building as a canteen, whether it is one the same foundation or another foundation attached to it. Given that this is how I build all of my kitchens I can't really even start a prison, I think the bug got worse these last two alpha's. At the moment I'm getting by with a miniscule kitchen built in a vacant lot nearby while my mammoth giga-kitchen goes unused because the cooks won't work. I can provide a save file if you'd like to have a look.

EDIT: Looks like if I put a wall in it starts working again, because it now considers them to be different buildings, or perhaps it's rooms?

As far as I am aware like some room types it will require a wall and a door (ie its enclosed).
