Can I customize reputation of prisoner?

i want to make all prisoners legendary..
i found some mods in workshop, like this

but it's not working because of update..maybe
can i find some ways?
i want to handle massive legendary prisoner.
IN MY HELL'S PRISON.
i'm not so good at english.
