Can't view developer forum

I'm pretty sure I should be able to based on the description (I can play the game (legitemately, too! )), but I can't view that forum. Halp.

I have no idea what exactly you're supposed to do to get access to the alpha forum. I have the game on Steam thanks to the Summer Sale, and considering I got it for like a third the normal price I would not consider myself cheated if picking it up for cutthroat sale prices doesn't get you access to the forum. But it's not really clear if I'm supposed to have access or not.
