So I'm not sure the AI is working correctly on the Linux version.
On new prisons, the prisoners never leave their cells. For yard time, meal times or whatever. No matter what, they just stay in their cells.
Cooks will place stuff into the fridges, but never cook.

Turns out i'm dumb, you need to actually fence off the prison in some way...
Would be really nice for it to remind us if our prison is insecure though.

Yeah, I never realized this was the case (or was it not always like this?), and it seems like a lot of new players are struggling with it. One of my friends who just bought the game was trying to figure out how to get his prisoners to do stuff for several hours. I really don't think it should work like that, but if it is going to, it should at least tell you.

Currently, the game will tell you when a sector is not secure (has direct access to the outside) in the deployment view. The sector will flash yellow.

That's not a solution, as that is something you have to spend time and money to research. It is not something you just have.
