The Name In Game Link Doesnt Work!

so i found this website after purchasing the name in game feature on steam of which i have a code:

so i click on the link provided:

and then i get a message simply saying "forbidden!"

so my question is WHERE AM I GOING WRONG??

After registering and entering your "name" CD key, you will get a page with a button on it to enter your prisoner. I can now confirm that this works.
