I placed 2 TVs in mine, but 1 in particular gets all the attention....

TV's can get some attention, but using different placement makes them total ignore the tv's.

I've made this map pure to test the Yard and figure out what works for 200+ prisoners.
So far I've learned the following:
- 1) Use very roomy toilet rooms with very large entrance and exit. (The one in image shows how to NOT do it.)
(- Showers are not needed)
- 2) Tree + Bench + Table is very popular
- 3) Benches are very popular
- 4) Pews are very popular
- secondary or short usage items are: phones, excercise ... tv are often ignored
- Pavement helps with dispersing prisoners.
- NOT tested: differences about beautification, but tree + bench + table seems to do great.
