Name in Game (Link not working)

Hello I would like to submit a new Bio.
However, the link provided at:

Is not working anymore. The page just replies : Forbidden!

How should I proceed?

You need to follow the directions on the relevant support page. Note that the very first sentence reads "Once you have bought the Name in the Game Tier, you need to activate a forum account if you haven't done so already," (note the linked text). If you bought the game via Steam, this support page may be helpful. In general, much of the Support Center may be helpful.

The problem is there are multiple contradictory support pages and forum threads, pointing to multiple "name in the game" links. The most prominent link, "http://www.prison-architect.com/developer/nameingame/", does not work even if you are registered at the forums (which obviously everyone who is posting here, on the forum, is). Another link, "http://www.introversion.co.uk/prisonarchitect/register/", produces an "edit name" button once you enter a steam key, but I'm not sure if this is an obsolete page or not. I am asking for the devs to clarify the situation on Mantis (http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=8383).

*Registering* for the forums is not sufficient. You must also *activate your forum account*, which means tying a Prison Architect key to your forum account. These are two different actions. The former is required for posting in this forum, while the latter is required for the developer forum. Everyone here is clearly registered for the forums; it is not clear that they have activated their accounts.

EDIT: Indeed, a quick look tells me that of the people who posted above my first post, only Quget has activated his account as of this edit.

It lets me successfully log in, and after logging in, I get a page with a "name in the game" button. This is a screenshot of that page:



That is the second link I'm talking about. The first link, "http://www.prison-architect.com/developer/nameingame/", still does not work.

If what I did above does not constitute activating my account, then I'm at a complete loss.

OK... so entering my prisoner bio via the link #2 above does add the bio to what appears to be the canonical list at:

http://www.introversion.co.uk/prisonarc ... ngame.html

I'm guessing that link #1, whatever it once led to, is not necessary anymore.

I apologize---I was not addressing you, in particular, since I saw that you had already activated your account and had the "Name in Game" badge; I assumed that you had already figured it out and were trying to give advice to the posters up above (who had/have not yet activated their accounts). It seems that the name in game link is currently broken---I would suggest an email to IV.

Also, the handle is xander, not Xander.
