Electrical Cable Bug

Hello!
(german, so sorry for language and please speak clearly )

I have a problem with the cables. When I plant them on the ground some cables are red and cannot be planted. I dont understand because therer is NOTHING around or above them. Its like I would plant them on grass outside bt it dont work. Sometimes (when I try 100 times to plant the cable at a specific position) it works, but it is really disturbing because I cannot play normal.... I am a little bit angry because I must try it so often -.- ......

Is there a fix or a trick? Please help..

Could you provide a save file so we can take a look at it? Would make it a lot easier.
