prisoner walks out

So I happen to see this single prisoner walking out of my prison, through the front gate - I have regular patrols, gates and cameras, etc..

He was actually on the road and nearly out of the map before i realise that none of the guards was doing anything about it. I clicked on him and gave him solitary - punishment and it worked. He stopped and waited to be taken to solitary...

As anyone else had a prisoner just walk out through the front gate ???

lol - I didn't check, was working quickly to grab him back...it would be funny if he was and I sent him back to solitary . ....

There's a good chance he was free to go.

lol - yeah...They really should change their colour so you can spot the 'free to go' ones...

This can happen if they are cleaners and they go to clean something outside the perimeter of the prison, to combat it you need to make sure that you have a buffer zone around the prison set to staff only.
