Change his security level to SuperMax, then make a SuperMax regime which is 90% lockdown and 5-6 hours sleep. The guards *should* bring food to his cell.

If you want to kill him off, once he's in his cell, replace the door with a wall

Unlucky man, I really feel your pain as I also have a prison with a Legendary serving 888 years (800 of which he accumulated inside my prison ( I'm probably partly to blame))
