I dont know how the laundry works.
I have one janitor,laundry room but the clothing need is high.
what should I do?

You might want to hire more than one janitor and you can also add a few more ironing boards and washing machines.

Remember, the janitor isn't only doing the dirty clothes, he is also cleaning your whole indoor prison.
Somehing else you could do is, get some prisoners to work in your laundry.

BTW: creating screenshots by making a photo with your camera is the worst thing you can do. Either use the Steam ingame feature to save screenshots (you can find the used key in the settings of steam) or just use the "print" key on your keyboard and paste the saved image into any editing program like paint. then save it and you also got a much higher quality screenshot.
