Print Scr not working - How do I make screenshots?

Like title says, The print screen button keeps giving me black screens instead of a screenshot. It used to work but now it doesn't. I'm more than certain the fault lies with Windows 7. How can I make a screenshot now? Is there an in game key I don't know about?

And FYI, I don't have this game on Steam, so the F12 method would not work. I do not have any intention of adding PA to Steam at any point in the near future. Don't get me wrong, I love Steam, I just want to keep this separate from steam. Don't ask why.

Also, it seems that was the method I used before and never Print Scr. The last time I made a screenshot was two years ago (first alpha).
