Small issue regarding cancellation of foundations

Hi,

When cancelling foundations you are not refunded the money you paid for them. I can understand this to a degree, but when trying to add a door to my new foundation plans I absent mindedly right clicked instead of left, and I deleted $7,000 worth of plans. This is a crucial amount of money in the beginning of the game when you are still getting the gist of how things work.

I don't think this should happen. I think that foundation cancellations should deserve a full refund of purchase price.
Especially when it's so hard to understand the game after the vague tutorial in the first place. I've never had to google so many things within the first hour of playing a game.

Good news! This bug (which was really highly rated on Mantis) has already been squished so should be updated in the next alpha build.

I made a building worth of 25 000 $, and I had to cancel that... Haven't recived that money back
I made a mistake, I putted the building at the wrong place.

I think I still have the alpha 21 version. I red that in version alpha 22 it was fixed. But steam hasn't updated yet at my place. I will do it mannuely.
