(SOLVED) Riot Police Will Not Leave

I had a riot and now that things are calming, the riot police won't leave even though I called them off.
On a related note: The riot was from not enough family and recreation. I have pool tables and TVs and bookshelves and phones all over the place and lots and lots of free time. I can't do anything about it! Can anyone help please?

Oh and 2 dead bodies I can't remove. They were in med beds which I dismantled and rebuilt to no avail

Inmates will only use objects that are in a zone so make sure the objects are in a yard or common room zone.
For the dead bodies it might be a bit more tricky, you might need to edit the savegame to get rid of them, if you upload your prison to steam I can copy the savegame for you and remove the dead bodies. I had a similar issue once where I accidentally removed the job of moving the bodies to the hearse but such jobs aren't being regenerated yet...

I'm not sure what you mean with the riot police not leaving or what the issue could be, if you upload your prison to the steam workshop and send a link here or in a private message I could take a look at that aswell

I have the same problem with the dead body...
and solved by dismentle the med beds

I dismantled the beds, then re assembled them. Didn't work so I tried it again and it worked the 2nd time. The riot guards left after one game day after dismissing them.
And thanks for mentioning the zoning part. I didn't think that deep into it. I solved the issue by giving each cell a TV. An expensive option but it worked

I dont have any common room or a yard. i have a huge canteen with pool tables, phones, tvs, showers , toilets, etc. They still use all stuff in canteen during free time.

I think he was speaking broadly and just giving those two as an example.
