PA suggestion - Empolyee Strike

Humm... It's very difficult to Game Play, but also more fun

Curiously, i want to hearing your opinion :)

1. Total Employee exhaust rate up to 10%, alert to Employee Strike
2. Total exhuast rate up to 20%, Begin to Strike. Not Support to Prison, Only Answer is immidiate payout to Empolyee Union
3. and This immidiate payout is down to 5% exhaust rate, and raise up? also again!

While some recent changes have altered some of my response to this idea, I am going to back to my thoughts on something similar: the most "human" characters in the game are the prisoners. I believe that we are meant to empathize with them and their situation. The guards, cooks, workmen, and remaining staff, on the other hand, are cogs in a prison-industrial machine. Interchangeable parts. While that may not be IV's ultimate artistic goal, and they may eventually differentiate the staff more, I would be somewhat disappointed, hence I object in general to any change that makes the staff less robotic. ;)
