serious problem

Now before you give me any of this "not in the right board" bullshit i'd like to make you well aware that all my attempts to go to the developer sub forum have been shrugged off by a access denied message.
My actual problem is that when I attempt to view my steam key it just says Requesting key until the end of time.

I would appreciate it gratefully if you would try fix both these problems.

Steam client > Library > Clicking on Prison Architect > (on right: Links) Clicking on "CD Key"

You are doing the above, right? If you are, then maybe Steam is having some issues.

I haven't had this message with Steam before, so I can't provide anymore help other then to wait, or send a message to Introversion with your proof of purchase: support@introversion.co.uk and request for a non-steam key / another key?

Discussion of bugs, feature requests, and other suggestions belongs in the Prison Architect Developer Forum. I notice that you do not have access to that forum yet, which means that you need to register your Prison Architect key. If you bought Prison Architect directly from Introversion, then instructions should be in the email that you received. If you got the game via Steam, please read these instructions.

Once you have access to the Developer Forum, please read this topic on how to post a suggestion or question, and please try to search the forum before you post. It is likely that someone else has already had your idea, and it would be better to respond to an older post than to create a new thread.

You are getting access denied errors because you have not registered your game key to the forums. The links above provide instructions for registering your key and gaining access to the developer forum. If you are having trouble accessing your Steam key (thus explaining why you can't register for the dev forum), you probably need to contact Valve's tech support, since it sounds like an issue on their end.
