Bodies Blocking Hearse

Postby Kittyk4y » Sat Nov 30, 2013 7:53 am

Hello,

I have like over 40 bodies on my prison grounds due to three bodies blocking the paths of the hearses. Is there a way to get rid of those bodies so the rest of the bodies can be taken away?

Thanks.

How in the heck did you get someone killed on the road? Lol.

If they are causing issues, you will need to go into your .prison savefile and bring those dead people back to life:
  • Navigate to: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\saves (assuming you're on windows)
  • Locate your saved game and open it with Notepad (or Notepad++ if you have it).
  • Hit CTRL + F to open the search box, and type in Damage.
  • Change all of the damage values you find to 0.
  • Save your changes, and reload the game. The dead should live again.

I'm betting the bodies are those of visitors? They currently don't get carried off the map (but "fall off" the hearse) and need to be removed from the save file manually as the person above explained. Best way to avoid this problem is to set up your visitation to not be affected by riots.

Actually, no. Two guards and a riot police.
