indestructible walls/foundations

Im having game-breaking problems with the inability to remove walls/foundations. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not. Have not been able to figure out why. I have tried the different demolishing tools, adding/removing doors etc. and nothing helps. Sometimes walls/foundations are just left standing and there is nothing I can do to remove them.

Please help!

Some screenshots or a save file would be helpful. Assuming that this is a bug, it belongs in the developer forum and on the tracker, not in the general forum.

I experienced this only once where a small block of walls/foundation was queued for removal, but would keep failing. I tried the same thing that RGeezy911's linked thread tried: Rebuilding a foundation around the problem, and then removing the new foundation. Worked for me back then as well.

Unfortunately, I haven't seen this again to try and isolate the cause. At the time I remember thinking it was just me since I was changing my mind about the construction/demolition.
